At this tenth edition of Start West, 26 selected innovative projects have been presented to investors. More than 200 participants attended to the event. Nantes, May 21th 2010. The tenth meeting of venture capitals and innovation attracted 26 projects this year in the domains of Information and Communication Technologies, creative industries, energy/environment and health. These 26 projects are good investment opportunities. At the bottom line, more than 200 participants (innovative entrepreners, investors, business angels, service providers, partners and press) attended to the project presentations and round tables.
The seed capital price has been given to the Dynamixyz start-up
The Dynamixyz star-up is specialized into high quality facial analysis and synthesis (face detection, expression recognition, 3D animation, photorealistic rendering). The Dynamixyz innovation relies on the use of a dedicated space making possible the modelization of anybody's expressivity. It enables, at the same time, to recognize the expression of a user in front of the camera and/or to animate the expressions of a 3D character.
